Planned timings
Planned activities (replace the notes bellow with your planned activities)
Warm up: psychological training “wishes’’ students stand in line and say wishes for each other. After that they must take the paper of home furnishing.
Students are divide in to 4 groups

Active language
Cloudy, cold, hot, raining, sunny, windy
Greet each other.
Greet the children. Hold up the Tiger flash card
Sing Hello, I’m tiger.
Say Let’s sing Hello, I’m Tiger
Hold up the Tigers flashcard. Give instruction.
Explain the aims of the lesson:
Say Today we’re going to listen and talk about the weather.
Listen and repeat. Point and say.

(books closed) Walk to the window. Ask What’s the weather like today?
( Hold up the it’s cloudy, it’s cold, it’s hot, it’s raining, it’s sunny. Say the sentences.
The children repeat the words after you. They then select the appropite flashcard to describe the weather outside.
If the children are familiar with weather vocabulary in L2,
elicit additional words.
(Books open.) The children look at the photos. Say or elicit the weather shown. ( it’s sunny).
Re - cast responses in English if necessary.
Say listen and repeat. Play the audio, pausing to give the children time to repeat.
Say Now point to the photos and say the weather.
the children point to the pictures and name the weather.
Play Mime the weather. The children stand up.
Demonstrate the game. Say it’s (raining ). Repeat a mime (putting up an umbrella) several times.
Say different types of weather. The children mime.
Comment positively. Great I can see it’s very (hot)!
Repeat with all the weather. (Optional ) Individual children say the weather: the class mimes.
From now on at the start of each lesson, ask What’s the weather like today?
Look and say.
Say the weather sequences aloud, indentifying the first tyes of weather in the pictures. It’s sunny. it’s cloudy. The children say what the last pictures shows. (it’s cloudy)
the children say the weather to continue the sequences. You may need to help the children name what comes next following the sequences.
Answers: 1 it’s sunny, it’s cloudy. 2 it’s raining. it ‘s windy
3. it’s raining, it’s sunny.

Sing Goodbye
Play the Goodbye, Tiger song. the children sing and say good bye to Tiger.
