The aim of the lesson:

Educational aims: To strengthen pupils knowledge about Health. To explain the pronunciation of letters "er, ir, ur" [з:].
Developing aims: To develop pupils reading and listening skills.
Teaching aims: To motivate pupils in learning a foreign language.

Methods: work in groups, QSA sessions.
The type of the lesson: mixed.
Equipments and visual aids: pictures, tape recorder+CD, blackboard.
Intersubject communication: Kazakh language.

The procedure
1. Organization moment.
Good morning, dear boys and girls!
How are you?
Who is on duty today? What day is it today?
What date is it today? What season is it now?
What is the weather like today?
Are you ready for the lesson?
If you are ready let's start our lesson!

3. Checking up the home task.
Let's check up your home work.

Let's start!

4. Phonetic drill.
Now children, let's do some phonetic exercises. Look at the blackboard, as you see the letters er, ir and ur give the sound [з:].
Please, repeat after me.

purple - күлгін bird - құс
girl - қыз
skirt - юбка

Now tell me what it will be in English:
отыз, юбка, футболка, қыз, күлгін, құс.
Spell it and write down to the blackboard.
