Aims of the lesson:
1) to activate the using of the previously familiar vocabulary on the topic; consolidate students ' knowledge on the use of grammatical phenomena (Present Perfect);
2) develop the skill of phonetic hearing;
3) to raise students ' interest in learning a foreign language; to expand the horizons of students.

The procedure of the lesson
I. Organization moment. Introducing with the plan of the lesson.
- Good afternoon, pupils! How are you? Who is on duty today? Who is absent today? OK. Today we shall check up our knowledge on the topic “America”. Revise the words on the topic “America”, revise some facts about the history of America, revise the Present Perfect Tense. Let’s start our lesson.
