Тип урока: Урок защиты проектов (итоговый урок по теме).
Цели урока:
Воспитательная: патриотическое воспитание учащихся, воспитание уважения к месту проживания, традициям и красоте родного края.
Обучающая: формирование умений и навыков аудирования, чтения, говорения по данной теме с использованием продуктивной грамматики, включающие инфинитивные обороты.
Развивающая: развитие способности к распределению внимания, догадки на основе зрительной наглядности и контекста. Развитие эстетического вкуса у школьников, расширение их кругозора, обогащение внутреннего мира учащихся.
Оформление доски: Тема урока, пословицы: “East or West – home is best”, “There is no place like home”.
Ход урока:
Организационный момент.
T: Good morning, dear children! Who is on duty today? Who is absent from the lesson? Who is ill? Who is late? Do you like the weather today? Why?

P5: I live in the Cosmonaut Street.
P6: I live in the Communists Street.
T: All your answers are very good but I want you to give more information about the place where we live. So, tell us about our country, boys.

T: You made nice projects, boys. Have you any questions to them, pupils?
P1: What countries does our republic border with?
P2: What is the capital? Who is the president?
P3: What are the main towns?
P4: What are the main languages?
P5: Do you like the place where you live? Why?
